Jodi Phillips, Esq., LL.M

My interest in Trusts and Estates stems from my goal to help others going through one of the most difficult times in their lives. When my grandparents passed, it was a devastating time, but due to a well-executed estate plan it was a smooth transition for everyone. Now, I give other families that same peace of mind by creating specific estate plans designed to meet each family’s individual needs. I am passionate about my work and love what I do every day.

I attended Golden Gate University School of Law, graduating with my law degree in 2013. I also pursued my Masters of Law at GGU, earning my LL.M in Taxation and Certificate in Estate Planning in 2014.

I concentrate my practice in the areas of estate planning; probate and trust administration; and probate and trust litigation. I advise clients to develop estate plans designed to achieve their individual goals including wealth preservation as well as planning for future family needs.

In my spare time, I love traveling and experiencing new cultures. I have visited 17 countries on 4 continents, and counting. I am an adventure seeker and love the outdoors, including hiking, skiing, snorkeling, scuba diving, whale watching, zip lining and swimming with dolphins. I also travel frequently to Arizona to visit family, friends and my dog, Noni, and I love spoiling my niece and nephew.
