At the invitation of Supervisor Wilma Chan, Jodi Phillips participated in an End of Life Planning event on July 12 at the Fruitvale Senior Center in Oakland. The event, designed to help senior citizens and their families better understand the world of estate planning, had a strong and engaged turnout. Jodi was grateful for the opportunity to share resources and shed some light on a sometimes confusing and emotionally difficult topic, with the assistance of experts on advance health care planning.
